Tom Pugh

After years in various industries as a corporate tax account, facing all the corporate pitfalls that invariably happen to everyone from time to time, Tom decided a career change was needed. Tom received his Florida Real Estate License in 2012 and has enjoyed great success in Florida assisting clients in navigating the intricacies of selling or buying a home. Tom has developed relationships with builders of developments, custom builders, mortgage lenders, financial consultants, title companies, and so on to be able to provide the best possible guidance to help you reach your real estate goal or objective.
In 2018, Tom decided to return home to Colorado and his family after 13 years in Florida. Tom earned his Colorado Real Estate Broker Associate license in 2018. Now, in addition to serving clients in Florida, he is serving clients in Colorado. Tom now frequently travels between Florida and Colorado.
Paul Larsen

Paul is retired NAVY and retired from the corporate world where he worked with computers as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer in various industries. Paul has also built several custom homes and done extensive remodeling.

My name is Emjae Esta, and I am from Manila, Philippines. I got my start as a graphic designer by creating a logo for my own T-shirt printing business. As locals began to see my work, I began designing materials for everything from logos, brochures, business cards, and more. Today, I am open to all kinds of design work, although I am always drawn to passion projects.
When I'm not working on my latest graphic design project, I might be thrift shopping, cuddling with my cat, or going to the beach to unwind.
I have been with Pride Homes Team for over a year and I am so grateful to be worked with Tom and Paul. They are very generous, easy to work with, and transparent.
